These came soft-baked with that frosting layer intact, which never happens with the boxed ones. Took one to work and microwaved it for ten seconds—tasted like a legit bakery treat. Already ordered more.
The frosting on top has just the right amount of sweetness, and the brown sugar filling actually tastes like the real thing. I'd prefer them a bit warmer out of the toaster, but the soft-baked texture is spot on for a quick breakfast.
The cinnamon and brown sugar flavor really comes through in the frosting, and the texture is impressively soft-baked. I just wish each box had a couple more pastries since we went through all four boxes in less than a week.
