Borůvkový muffin je lžička jasných bobulí, která vám připomene slunečné dny. Předělali jsme všechny vaše oblíbené cereálie z dětství s pouhými 5 g čistých sacharidů, 13 g kompletních bílkovin, 150 kaloriemi a bez čehokoli umělého.
The 13g of protein makes it feel more like a meal than a snack, and those little blueberry bursts actually taste like the inside of a muffin. I ate it dry straight from the bowl and didn't miss the milk one bit.
I tore through the whole box in two mornings, and the 13g of protein actually kept me full until lunch, which never happens with cereal. The little muffin bits hold up their texture even after sitting in milk for a bit.
The protein and low carb numbers actually check out—13g in a bowl is legit for a cereal that tastes this close to the real muffin thing. I’ve been grabbing it on busy mornings and the blueberry flavor holds up even with almond milk.
