Mørk chokolade mandel - 4 poser granola

I was skeptical that granola could satisfy a chocolate craving, but these clusters are seriously crunchy from the almonds and cashews while the dark chocolate taste is rich without being sugary. It’s the perfect topping on my morning yogurt when I want something dessert-like but still filling.

The chocolate flavor is deep but not cloying, which is exactly what I wanted. I've been grabbing a handful straight from the bag after lunch, and those cashews add a nice buttery bite that keeps it from feeling like a sad health food.

The crunch from the almonds and sunflower seeds is exactly what I want in a granola, and it’s sweet enough to feel like a treat without being cloying. I’ve been sprinkling it over plain yogurt every morning and it’s the only thing that keeps me from reaching for a candy bar at 3 pm.
