Cinnamon Crunch Cereal

The crunch holds up really well in milk, which is usually my biggest cereal gripe. Getting 12g of protein and only 100 calories per bowl means I don't feel like I need a second breakfast an hour later, and the cinnamon flavor is spot-on without any weird aftertaste.

Finally a cinnamon cereal that doesn’t leave me crashing an hour later—the 4g net carbs are no joke, and the crunch holds up even after sitting in milk for a few minutes. I was skeptical about the 100 calories per serving, but it’s genuinely filling enough for a quick breakfast.

The 12g of protein actually keeps me full until lunch, which is rare for a cereal. I’m used to cinnamon flavors tasting fake, but this one tastes genuinely spiced without that weird artificial aftertaste.
