I was skeptical a cereal could actually taste this chocolatey without the sugar crash, but 13g of protein in a bowl keeps me full until lunch. The cocoa flavor is genuinely rich, not fake-sweet, and 140 calories makes it easy to fit into my day.
The milk turns a perfect deep chocolate color and I don’t feel the 4g net carbs at all, it’s just sweet enough without that fake sugar aftertaste. Finished the whole box in three mornings and the crunch held up even after sitting in the bowl too long.
