The crispy texture really surprised me — I expected these to be soft and chewy like a normal protein bar. I've been keeping a box in my desk drawer and grabbing one mid-afternoon when I want something chocolatey but still get some protein in.
The peanut butter ones taste like actual candy, not a protein snack. I keep a box in my desk drawer and the crispy texture hits the spot at 3pm when I'd normally grab something sugary.
I was skeptical about a high-protein snack actually tasting good, but the chocolate peanut butter ones are dangerously easy to finish in one sitting. Four boxes barely lasted two weeks at my desk.
