The apple cinnamon flavor is spot-on without any fake sweetness, and I love that it’s 0g of sugar yet still keeps me full until lunch. I just add hot water and it’s ready in under two minutes, which makes my mornings way easier.

It’s rare to find oatmeal that actually keeps me full until lunch, but this one does the trick with the extra protein. I love that there’s zero sugar, yet the apple cinnamon flavor still tastes sweet enough to satisfy my morning craving.

The texture is smoother than most instant oatmeals I've tried, and the zero sugar actually lets the cinnamon come through without that fake sweetness. I do wish the packet made a slightly bigger bowl, but the protein keeps me full through the morning.
