Kanelinmakuinen muro—ilman leipää. Olemme luoneet uudelleen suosikkikanelinmakuisen murosi, jossa on 4g nettohiilihydraatteja, 12g täydellistä proteiinia, 100 kaloria ja ei keinotekoisia ainesosia.
The crunch holds up really well in milk, which is usually my biggest cereal gripe. Getting 12g of protein and only 100 calories per bowl means I don't feel like I need a second breakfast an hour later, and the cinnamon flavor is spot-on without any weird aftertaste.
Finally a cinnamon cereal that doesn’t leave me crashing an hour later—the 4g net carbs are no joke, and the crunch holds up even after sitting in milk for a few minutes. I was skeptical about the 100 calories per serving, but it’s genuinely filling enough for a quick breakfast.
The 12g of protein actually keeps me full until lunch, which is rare for a cereal. I’m used to cinnamon flavors tasting fake, but this one tastes genuinely spiced without that weird artificial aftertaste.
