It’s rare to find oatmeal that actually keeps me full until lunch, but this one does the trick with the extra protein. I love that there’s zero sugar, yet the apple cinnamon flavor still tastes sweet enough to satisfy my morning craving.

The texture is smoother than most instant oatmeals I've tried, and the zero sugar actually lets the cinnamon come through without that fake sweetness. I do wish the packet made a slightly bigger bowl, but the protein keeps me full through the morning.
