The Fruity flavor actually tastes like the real sugary stuff from childhood, which I did not expect from a low-carb cereal. Each bowl keeps me full until lunch with that 13-14g protein, and the crunch holds up even in almond milk. Already ordered two more boxes.
The cocoa one is a solid breakfast swap—I actually feel full until lunch, which never happened with the sugary stuff I grew up on. At 140 calories and 13g of protein per serving, it’s easy to fit into my day without overthinking it.
The peanut butter flavor tastes just like the cereal I grew up with, but without the sugar crash afterward. I've been eating it with almond milk every morning and it keeps me full until lunch, and 13g of protein per serving is genuinely impressive for a cereal.
