Pastri Protein S'mores

Pulled one out of the toaster this morning and the chocolatey s'mores filling melted perfectly without leaking everywhere. It's dense and satisfying enough that I actually felt full after just one, which is rare for a pastry.

The filling is gooey and rich without being cloying, which honestly surprised me for a protein pastry. It’s got that campfire toast taste I remember, and the texture holds up well even after a few days in the pantry.

The s'mores flavor is spot on, tastes just like the real campfire treat. I was expecting a dry, chalky texture but the pastry part is actually soft and moist, and the whole thing satisfies that dessert craving without the sugar crash.
