The surprise at the bottom of the bowls turned out to be the highlight of the whole order, and the cake flavor has just the right balance of vanilla and sprinkles. I’ve already used one box for a quick weekday treat and froze the second for later, everything arrived intact and neatly packed.

The bowls are way prettier in person than in the photos, and that hidden surprise at the bottom was a genuine hit with my niece. The birthday cake mix baked up golden with plenty of sprinkles, and the vanilla hint comes through just right.

I ordered this for a birthday party and the kids went wild for the sprinkles in every bite of the cake mix. The surprise at the bottom of the parrot bowl was a nice touch, and having two boxes meant I could make a second batch without running out.
