I was skeptical about a low-carb pastry actually tasting good, but these surprised me — the texture is soft and cake-like instead of dry and crumbly. Each one packs a solid amount of protein, so it keeps me full through the morning without wrecking my carb count.
These are dangerously easy to grab when I'm craving something sweet but don't want the carb crash. The cinnamon brown sugar flavor is spot-on, and having a high-protein option that actually satisfies my keto craving makes a big difference.
Usually I ration these because most "healthy" pastries taste like cardboard, but these actually hit the spot when I'm craving something sweet after dinner. The cinnamon brown sugar flavor is spot-on and they don't kick me out of ketosis either. Snagged a second box already since they're gone in two
