The cookie dough flavor actually comes through, which I didn't expect from something with this much protein per serving. I keep one in my bag for after the gym and it kills the candy bar craving without the sugar crash.
I was skeptical about a high-protein treat actually tasting good, but the cookie dough flavor is spot on and the texture stays soft instead of chalky. Ten grams of protein in something this small honestly surprised me.
I grabbed a box for my afternoon slump and the protein actually keeps me full until dinner. Cookie dough flavor tastes real without being cloyingly sweet, and they don't have that chalky texture I was bracing for.
