I was a little skeptical about a low-sugar protein bar tasting like a real candy bar, but the marshmallow one genuinely has that soft, fluffy texture I miss. Each flavor in the box is distinct, and the s'mores nailed the chocolate-graham crunch without being overly sweet. Already reordering.
The crunch on these is seriously satisfying—way closer to a real candy bar than any protein bar I've tried. Got the variety pack so I can grab a different flavor depending on the day, and the marshmallow one is dangerously good.
