The apple cinnamon flavor actually tastes like real apples and cinnamon rather than that fake syrupy stuff, and it's creamy without being gluey. I've been eating a packet every morning before work and it keeps me full until lunch.
Bought the 4-box bundle so I wouldn't run out midweek, and the apple pieces actually hold their texture instead of turning to mush. The cinnamon is warm without being overpowering, and one packet keeps me full until lunch.
Opened a box this morning and the cinnamon smell hit me before I even poured the water. The apple pieces are actually noticeable, not just flavoring dust, and it’s genuinely creamy without needing milk. Four boxes means I’m set for a month of easy mornings.
