The frosting on these actually tastes like the real thing, not that fake sugar aftertaste I was bracing for. Six boxes was maybe ambitious for one person, but the individual wrappers keep them soft for weeks.
I grabbed a case for the office break room and they disappeared in about two days. The soft-baked texture really does bring back the lunchbox nostalgia, and the extra protein is a nice bonus I didn't expect to actually enjoy.
The frosting-to-pastry ratio is spot on, and they're genuinely soft-baked without that dry, crumbly texture you get from most protein treats. I've been grabbing one with my afternoon coffee and it actually hits the nostalgic spot.
