Soft-baked, frosted pastries with nostalgic flavor, baked smarter. Protein Pastries deliver the classic pastry experience you remember, with a modern nutritional twist. Each pastry is soft and satisfying, made with protein + fiber 💪 and at least 80 % less sugar* than the leading toaster pastry so you can enjoy a feel-good treat any time of day.
The frosting on these actually tastes like the real thing, not that fake sugar aftertaste I was bracing for. Six boxes was maybe ambitious for one person, but the individual wrappers keep them soft for weeks.
I grabbed a case for the office break room and they disappeared in about two days. The soft-baked texture really does bring back the lunchbox nostalgia, and the extra protein is a nice bonus I didn't expect to actually enjoy.
The frosting-to-pastry ratio is spot on, and they're genuinely soft-baked without that dry, crumbly texture you get from most protein treats. I've been grabbing one with my afternoon coffee and it actually hits the nostalgic spot.
