I’m honestly stunned that something with only 5g net carbs can taste this much like the real baked thing. The blueberry flavor actually comes through in every bite, not just at the end of the bag, and the texture holds up nicely in milk. My only problem is pacing myself—one bowl turns into two almos
The first thing I noticed is that the blueberry flavor actually tastes like baked muffins, not artificial syrup, and the texture holds up in milk without turning to mush. I’ve been eating it for breakfast with Greek yogurt on top, and the 5g net carbs keeps me full until lunch without the sugar cras
The protein count is genuinely impressive for a cereal—13 grams per bowl actually keeps me full until lunch. I’ve already eaten three boxes in a week and the blueberry flavor tastes like real baked muffins, not artificial candy.
