The crunch holds up way better than I expected, even after sitting in almond milk for a few minutes. And with 13g of protein per bowl, I actually feel full until lunch instead of craving snacks by 10am.

I was skeptical a keto-friendly cereal could taste like the real thing, but the crunch holds up perfectly in milk and the berry flavor is actually fruity, not fake. 140 calories a serving means I can have a bowl without wrecking my day.

The 13g of protein actually makes this feel like a proper breakfast instead of a sugar bomb, and it’s sweet enough that I don’t miss the old stuff. Just wish the bag were bigger since I plowed through it in three sittings.
